Last night my friend - designer Le Thanh Hoa- was surfing on the web to check through trends and doing research for his new collection. He suddenly found out this entry on TrendHunter.com and send me. I was so excited. It was posted in 2010 but we didn't know. By the way, that set of photos is also my most appreciated on Behance.net portfolio til now. So proud!

Welcome to "XNM" !!!

Last night, I had had to wait until midnight to post "it", which had took all my mind for three week. It's not only a blog, a place to show off my works, to advertise. It's more a decision to me. A small biz, finally. I love the term " entrepreneur" even though I might not understand it deeply enough.

Yep, this is it, my "XNM" at : rkudo-xnm.blogspot.com.
Most people would use " Photography and Retouching ". Not me. I wanna play with my English vocab-ability.
X stands for Exposure
M stands for Manipulation
XNM, my new ambition, are two sides of photography that I love both!

A friend of mine thought the text was so "Oscar winner" . I agree, hehe. But that's sincerely what I want to say, mostly to my friends who supported what I've done.

This is the 3rd time I work with the Creative Director of  Dep Magazine on its cover retouching.
It takes a lot of "playing around" with about 10 tries to satisfy Ha Do.
However, the outcomes are usually ...DEP! ( pretty) and I'm proud of it.
Like any famous magazine's cover, this one raises some comments. That's a good sign no matter what they say. Sadly, this may be the last time I work with Dep for some major changes in my main job as an urban designer. I'm trying to focus more on my main career.
Good news, I talked to some of my friends who are stylists, photographers and we decided to spend some time together to make our own artworks, no pressure from magazines, just total freedom, hehe.

I love freedom!
