It's so funny not of the dancing weirdo but of the reaction of guys and gals on the left screen.
It's always good to make people laugh, rite?

Btw, I'm starting a new project for this blog, inspired by "the Birth of Sydney" (Tim Flannery) and "Pattern Language" (Christopher Alexander). It's still in draft, saved in my Evernote. Will soon publish here but hope Professor James give me some spare time. haha.

oh how i LOVE this !

A flashmob by 12th grade students of Le Hong Phong Highschool for the gifted,

Ho Chi Minh city, to celebrate their last year before graduation.

This is too cute to be true. These boys and girls moved me.

I could see there was some problems with the soundtrack while they played it live, but the students still moved on with the performance had been prepared so well. They even sang out loud when the playback's volume seemed to be too little or when one of their teachers turned the music off.

This video clip is still being spread widely. In an article on Tuoitre Online, it showed clearly that the flashmob got praised from most of people no matter how opposite opinions sucked.
"The school doesn't oppose the students' dance, but it requires a proposal in advance. There must be a list of organizers and participants. And the school doesn't accept activities that are not organized by the Communist Youth Union" - said Mr. Trieu, vice-principal of Le Hong Phong Highschool for the gifted.

Oh I wish I were still young enough to burst into tears. There is something bubbling in my heart now. Highschool spirit!

P.S: That school was my highschool. So proud!

Kool the day off

Yup, it's started to get hot here.
I would cover up myself one more thin chemise to save my arm skin from being burned by sunlight when riding home for lunch. And at night, my mom just suggests turn on the air conditioner for easier breathing.
It's also very boring at work while projects are still warming up toward the middle of the year.

A piece for Vietnam

One my all-time Vietnamese traditional song: "Beo dat may troi".
No matter how many versions of this song have been performed, this one is most favorite.
I have just found it today. Heartfully love it!

Brisbane via a wedding album

Hong Anh and Adam had their pre-wedding photos captured in their lovely city, Brisbane, and asked me to design a wedding album for them. I told them right away "I really like these photos" and made it. 

These were a simple and happy couple. Their pictures were very natural with very least posing and a lot of hugs and kisses. I just thought of the song "Love" by John Lennon and played it all the time I worked on the album's layout. 

What doesn't kill us make us stronger?

Today I read on Tuoitre.com.vn an article about Vietnam's flag and the iconic Ben Thanh market appearing in Channel [V], exactly in an MV by successful Americanl Idol Kelly Clarkson.

Nice to know that, it's "Stronger (what doesn't kill you)":

Although being happy, I still wonder about the reason why they choose VN, and not Hanoi but Saigon and had several answers for myself.
Whatever the true answer is, I like it.

Among many ads by Panasonic, I was touched by this one for not just the natural landscape but also the architectural style. Besides, Sarah Brightman's voice is godlike!

I can't handle this

Found this from a post of a Facebook's friend.
I can't handle til thinking of something good to type here for my most favorite and most inspiring band.

I was shocked when they covered the Adele's new hit "Rolling in the deep". When I first heard some first sentences, I felt Chester sang the wrong notes. But then things went all okay, LP rocks! After listening again and again, I think Chester and Mike did very well and some wrong notes are usual to a singer in such a huge performance. Moreover, if any body ever sings rock, he would understand this because the voice will be distorted a little bit after several screaming. I guess if they're gonna cover this song again, Mike will add in LP-style background music at the end.




In the same show, it's still amazing to watch LP perform "In the end", my first LP song ever. It was LP that introduced rock music to a pop's listener like me.



I don't like Transformer 3's new soundtrack much. "New divide" is still my latest favorite LP-hit with its rhythm, mixings, and some imagination relating to the movie. Here, Mike seems to do some magic with his hand. I don't know what kind of device is it, a "new device" to play? haha
