This is the Sirius Building D. It houses low-income residents, and is owned by the Department of Housing. The government is now planning to sell this off (and the old terraces on the Hungry Mile) to private developers and may be demolished in the future. Personally, I think it's one of the more interesting buildings in the city. And, why shouldn't lower income people have access to housing in the city?
