But I discover that 8/10 of them forget one element: PLANTS!
In the next century, no matter where would this Earth go to, the cities (if still exist)would not look so dried without a tree like that. With new technology, humanbeings can create artificial environment for plants to grow, or can create new plants that sufficiently produce oxygen. They will be much more cautious about their living environment than we are today. That's what I think. Hope futuristic artist will soon consider this.

I have just thought of the Final Fantasy VIII RPG game's fantastic environment. They're futuristic but many of them are green. They may live and study in machine-like schools and cities, but they have various gardens, and even the surrounding world. Well done FFVIII!
