Saigon's new City Planning Exhibition Center
I'd say this project might learn from others of this kind from many places, one of which I'm sure must be Singapore's U.R.A: 1 large model downstair, 1 smaller (in bigger scale) upstair. The elevators, well, do the same. I'm not saying there is any 'copy' here. Just reminisce ;-)
