A n a g l y p h

A couple of days ago I played with Photoshop and tried to create images look 3D like those in the Avatar movie. As a beginner, I just slide the channels in Red and Cyan. The effect is quite strange and kool but not yet actually 3D, and any body can check it with a red-cyan glass.

Then, I searched the web and found these attractive "3D" images called anaglyph and some tricks to create real depth for the image. I think starting with channel Red and Cyan is the right direction, now practising the tricks will certainly make progress.
