Daily Deviation and Inspiration

Today, still with a habit of accessing Devianart.com and checking their new Daily Deviantion, I really feel inspired by these two artwork:

The first one is an 3D rendering of a bathroom, which look both clean and clear with an additional touch of photoshop to perfect the light and to fantasize the ambience a little more. This work is also my latest evocation of creating decent, 3D or real, interior space. Moreover, it inspires me to get back to 3D softwares and do something. My modelling technique is still simple but, worse, I don't have many chances to practise it usually.( I'd have more if I worked in an archiectural firm, not an urban planning one). Thus, this deviation, with such good modelling and rendering technique, will continue to inspire me for a quite a period of time.

I'm so proud that this year I've fulfilled my dream of travelling since school age . Bangkok, Singapore, and even Shanghai and SuZhou are all unforgetable destinations. However, many people told me to visit Cambodia at least once, to see this Angkor Wat. And I'm thinking about it.

In this photo, the scene, through my eyes, looks not only "Asian" but also futuristic. The enormous Angkor shape and size at this scale lead my imagination to a complex of powerful kingdom which live in a desert planet somewhere in another galaxy. This kingdom must have existed for millions of years and have developed a hightech lifestyle inside an ancient-futuristic architecture. Besides, the trees are not any kind of trees but many balloons, or small buildings floating in the air watching everything around and continuously transfering information to the head quarter in the complex.
Well, from which with so much imagination I can gain, this photo is worth my choosen one for today. I wish someday I'll have a chance to develop a master-plan for such contemporarily out-of-reality.
