This morning I found out "urbanism26" 's Multiply site and felt excited knowing he's also a student of Urban planning and regional planning. After checking his posted projects and blogs, I think I can re-post this youtube of an urban artwork:

"We believe that the easiest way to change people's behaviour for the better is by making it fun to do. We call it The fun theory." - I totally agree with it. Public art would appeal people only when it's free and provides those ordinary people some fun.
