Saigoneses are going crazy ?

I should have written this sooner but I've been busy with some new private jobs; however, the issue that may cause our cittizens to madness is still there everyday, so it's never too late or too soon to talk about this:
" Saigoneses are going crazy ?"
Last month, as usual, I woke up and went downstair rightaway to the kitchen, also our dining room, where there are always a well-prepared and delicious breakfast waiting for me and noises from mom's beloved TV that make me just wanna say " shut up"to that big black box. "...and even the most peaceful Saigonese is going to get crazy with the city's under-construction infrastructural improvement which causes traffic jam every rush hours ...", this I heard from the female Northern journalist in VTV news and I suspected that comment because I felt so familiar with crowded streets and unprincipled Vietnamese motor-riders. Traffic jam had happened for years before those sites appeared. Possibly because I'm an urban planner or at least one of those who understand what is happening, I think those disturbing constructions sites are actually good signs for a better and improved, no matter how much, infrastructure system for this city.

I believe what they are doing is just no soon. Only an injection will not cure a disease, but at least it helps alleviate the pain. Our inconvenience today is more satisfying than flooded streets tomorrow when the old drainage system gets clogged up. And I'm sure the woman on her motor-bike next to me that morning in Hai Ba Trung street did not comprehend when angrily sweared loudly in her high tone," *** they ( the government) work as stupidly as dogs..."

Now I turn my antipathy to the journalists who lie or... make stupid comment about this hard period . They write about workers sleeping in the ameliorating sites as if these men also sleep at night. They groan on TV on behalf of citizens. But all they do is no helpful at all but causing some more anger on readers and viewers.

In my opinion, I know Saigonese would never get crazy. This city, just like any other successful commercial cities around the world, contains its flexibility to overcome any condition. Moreover, what would Saigoneses do when they got crazy ? Everybody would swear again and again like robots in the streets, on their way home or to work ? or people kill each other to make more empty spaces for the city ? Okay, I put my hands up !
