A NEW PLACE FOR SAIGONESE - people will come here to buy, look, enjoy and get together. Saigonese will be here to see how fashion changes everyday in this fabulous city of Vietnam.
PUBLIC SPACE - the 2 old towers now stands as 2 odd things, 2 odd sculptures in the play ground, which was created by clearing the slum below the towers. This play ground will be for young people. Also there's a small nightclub here.
CONNECTION SPACE - a new public space to connect the space of Huyen Si cathedral and the new and modern building. Some people dont like the mess shape of the bulding, but it stands in harmony with the current space of the tube-houses.

A NEW LUXURY SHOPPING CENTER - yes, Saigon needs new luxury fashion shopping center, which will provide space for brands like Gucci, Balenciaga,D&G...and maybe some Vietnamese brands. I believe all the ladies will like it, no matter how much money they have.
