from real model with surrounding space
to 3D design
then come virtually to life.

this video is great.however, i dont really like the design of this building. It doesnt reallay harmonize with surrounding landscape though the designers must have taken notice on this issue.
It's quite interesting how they organize " program" block and this is also how the creation of something new and unique happen.

- insert public element at grade
- optimize tower dimension
- place tower onsite
- lift program
- flip
- optimize program adjecencies
- connect to context
- redirect 7th street.
